Alert 99 – 23 Unsecured Cover Fractures Arm
WHAT HAPPENED:
While rigging up a rig, a floorman working with members of his crew noticed a cover falling off the back of the Driller’s console. He tried to stop the cover from falling onto another crewmember by blocking it. The cover was too heavy for him to control and it fell on him, fracturing his arm.
