Alert 01 – 23 Improper Storage of Materials
WHAT HAPPENED:
Sack material was stored on top of five-gallon plastic containers filled with chemicals. The plastic containers collapsed under the weight of the sacks, causing the sacks to fall, almost striking an employee who was standing close by.
