The Q4 2017 IADC DEC Technology Forum was called to order by Committee Board Member Robert Estes, Halliburton, who was standing in for Chairman Keith Lynch, ConocoPhillips.  Mr. Estes thanked attendees for coming, and thanked Baker Hughes, a GE company, for hosting the event.

Mr. Estes introduced Dennis Moore, Marathon Oil, DEC Chairman-elect, who will succeed current Chairman Keith Lynch, ConocoPhillips.  Mr. Moore’s term begins in January.
