3. Cybersecurity Committee:  Siv Hilde Houmb, Secure NOK, Chair
   –Publication of IADC Guidelines for Baseline Cybersecurity for Drilling Assets
   –Cybersecurity workshop held in Stavanger, 12 April
   –Promoted from subcommittee to full committee, March 2018
4. BOP Controls Subcommittee:  Roy Mills, Noble Drilling, Chair
   –Publication of IADC Control Valve Qualification Testing Recommendation
5. Drilling Controls Systems Subcommittee, Nathan Moralez, Chair
   –DDR Plus project, to enhance IADC’s long-lasting Daily Drilling Report form (“Tour Sheet”), in both print and electronic
   formats.  The aim of this project is to improve data stewardship for drilling by enhancing data quality
   –Discussion of new initiatives
6. Consider new project “Inherently Safe Equipment and Services”, proposed by Chris Corcoran, ABS
7. Discuss organization of ART Europe, and desirable objectives to pursue
