IADC eBook License Information
Customers of the IADC eBookstore are entitled to free updates on any eBooks purchased for a period of one year following purchase. Customers must allow push notifciations from IADC to receive any updates.
Use of IADC eBooks are intended for the use of the purchaser only. IADC eBooks can be downloaded only on the purchaser’s devices.
- Purchasers of IADC eBooks agree to the following:
- Purchaser will not modify, alter, revise or otherwise change any digital content in the IADC eBook;
- Purchaser will not create derivative works from or of any digital content in the IADC eBook, nor allow third parties to do so;
- Purchaser will not use any robot, spider, data miner, crawler, scraper or other automated means to access or index the Digital Content or any portion thereof, including but not limited to any metadata associated with the Digital Content.
- Purchaser will not move, copy, reproduce, network or otherwise transfer any Digital Content file to any computer or other device of any other person; provided, however, that you may transfer Digital Content files to your own computers or other devices to the extent permissible by the applicable file-reading program;
- Purchaser will not bypass, modify, tamper, defeat or circumvent any of the security components, special rules or other applications that protect the Digital Content or www.IADC.org/eBookstore;
- Purchaser will not share, lend, lease, rent, sell, license, sublicense, transfer, network, reproduce, display, distribute, or otherwise make any of the Digital Content available to any other person.
- Purchase of any IADC eBook automatically accepts these terms and conditions.
